Villa Orlando - Coopers Hawk

“Our Orlando Vacation Villa - Cooper’s Hawk is a luxury four bedroom Orlando holiday villa with swimming pool; situated around 20 mins drive from Disneyworld Orlando, Florida. The villa is in the quiet Four Corners area of Clermont with easy access to restaurants, supermarkets and shopping. The villa has been renovated to a significantly greater standard to comparable vacation homes in the area. Moving away from the common white walls and ceramic tile, Cooper’s Hawk is decorated in rich deep luxurious colours. The owner of Cooper’s Hawk is a strong believer in exceeding guests’ expectations and this is evident in the amount of detail seen in the vacation home.

The Kitchen - The kitchen is constructed of real wood cabinets, Italian granite worktops, stone tiling and modern stainless steel appliances. There is a convenient breakfast bar with 3 places with hardwood bar stools and the main dining area features a 6 seater Haverty’s hard wood table and chairs. Only an American style fridge freezer would be appropriate with drinks dispenser and lots of space. The induction hob helps ensure little fingers don’t get burnt and the dishwasher takes the stress out of cleaning up after the event.

The Lounge - The living room lounge area seats 7 – 7 comfortably and features a large coffee table, side tables and mood lighting. Entertainment is provided by a flat screen plasma HD TV with Blu-Ray player, Netflix and Sony Hi-fi with iDock for iPhone and iPod. A handy auxiliary input allows you to play music from any device. A cordless phone with free US calls is provided and as an extra feature, you can login with your Skype account and use it to make free Skype calls.

The Bedrooms - The bedrooms consist of 2 Master Suites with Bathroom; and 2 Twin Bedrooms sharing family bathroom. King sized bed with bedside night stands, lamps and a useful chest of drawers are found in each master. The suite have their own walk-in closet with plenty of hanging space and nearly 100 hangers each. (We know how annoying it is arriving and finding nowhere to hang your clothes). There is also ample space to store empty suitcases and any shopping you may do during your stay. Each master also has a Flatscreen TV to unwind. The twin bedrooms contain a single/twin bed each, chest of drawers, closet and flat screen TV. They are conveniently located on the other side of the villa each side of the family bathroom.

On the top of everyone’s holiday home checklist is the swimming pool. The villa has its own private pool to the rear with plenty of room for sunbathing. The pool is enclosed in a mesh lanai to keep the insects out, but still allows in the sun if you like to sunbathe. 6 sunloungers are provided, and these can even float in the pool! At the rear of the villa, there are a table and chairs for 4 with additional seating available to pull round, and outside the pool screen plenty of paved space including a charcoal BBQ.

The Garage (or is that the games room?) - The double garage easily allows parking for 1 car as some of the space is occupied by a fold away table tennis table. This can of course be left up as there is plenty of space on the drive way. A darts board is also provided.”
