“Since childhood, Amber Bailey has been
inspired to create imagery through both observation and imagination. With only
minimal formal training, Amber has developed into a painter who is often
recognized for her natural understanding of the human form. Amber studies and
creates art from various subjects, but finds her strongest inspiration from
human life. Whether painting from a posed model or from a photograph of
passers-by, Amber is intrigued by people and their everyday lives. In her
portraiture, Amber has been noted for her ability to capture the mood of her
subjects. Amber Bailey has studied under artists that include Larry Davis, Kyle
Keith and Paul Ladnier. She recieved her Bachelor's Degree in Communications
from the University
of North Florida in 2005.”
