“Take the time. Open your senses. What awaits
you here is not an everyday occurrence: the huge culinary experience. These
pleasures are so extraordinary, composed with such concentration and care for
you personally – the aroma, taste, colours, fine nuances, differing
consistencies, sweet and salty, soft and crisp, etc. What harmony! Please
remember to book your table well in advance and bear in mind that the
Restaurant is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, as well as from 26 February to 30
March and from 29 July to 24 August 2012.
Three stars in the Michelin Guide – more is not
possible. To be awarded three stars is the highest of emotions. To have three
stars is hard work at the very highest level. Claus-Peter Lumpp and his team
cannot imagine anything better than to do this work every day. So that guests
can enjoy something that is not everyday, within the wonderful framework of the
Restaurant BAREISS. Looked after by Maître Thomas Brandt, vinologically
accompanied by Sommelier Jürgen Fendt, a visit to our gourmet restaurant is a
really extraordinary culinary experience.”
